Q1: What is Japan Parts Center (JPC)?
JPC is a Japan-based exporter of genuine JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) automotive parts. We source parts directly from Japanese manufacturers and suppliers and ship them to customers worldwide.
Q2: Which car brands do you supply parts for?
We supply genuine parts for all major Japanese brands including Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Suzuki, Daihatsu, Isuzu, and more. If you need a specific part, contact us.
Q3: How do I place an order?
Browse our catalogue, select your parts, and place your order online. We will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and shipping costs before final payment.
Q4: Can I order a part that is not listed on the website?
Yes. We can source almost any genuine JDM part. For custom or special orders, please use the Contact page to describe the part you need (part number, vehicle model, year, etc.).
Q5: What payment methods do you accept?
Bangladesh & Tanzania: Local bank transfer or online payment gateway via our branch offices.
All other countries: International wire transfer to our Japan bank account, or online payment gateway (details provided at checkout).
Q6: Do prices include shipping and customs duties?
No. Listed prices cover the part only. Shipping costs are quoted separately. All customs duties, import taxes, and VAT in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Q7: How long does delivery take?
After payment confirmation:
• Parts sourcing: 3–21 business days depending on availability
• Air freight delivery: 5–20 business days depending on region
• Sea freight: 20–60 business days
We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Q8: How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Track Order page on the website.
Q9: Do you have branch offices?
Yes. We have branch offices in Bangladesh and Tanzania. Customers in these countries can pay locally and receive local support. All other countries are served directly from Japan.
Q10: What if I receive the wrong or damaged part?
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Q11: Are parts genuine/OEM?
Yes. We specialize in genuine JDM parts sourced directly from Japanese manufacturers and authorized suppliers. We do not sell aftermarket or counterfeit parts.
Q12: Can I return a part I no longer need?
Returns are only accepted for wrong shipments, defective parts, or transit damage. Parts ordered correctly but found incompatible due to incorrect information provided by the customer are generally not eligible for return. See our Refund Policy for details.
