Japan Parts Center is committed to supplying genuine, high-quality JDM parts. This policy outlines when and how refunds or replacements are provided.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

The wrong part was shipped (not matching your confirmed order)

The part arrived damaged due to transit mishandling

The part has a verified manufacturing defect reported within 14 days of receipt
2. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are NOT eligible for refund: • Parts ordered correctly but incompatible due to incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer • Damage caused by improper installation or use • Parts that have been installed, modified, or disassembled • Delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers • Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees (non-refundable under any circumstances) • Custom/special order parts (non-cancellable once sourcing has begun) |
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

Provide your order number, photos of the part and packaging, and a description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days

If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions

Parts must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging
Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error was on our part.
4. Refund Method
Once the returned part is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer. Please note:

Bangladesh & Tanzania customers: Refunds processed via local branch bank or online gateway

Other countries: Refunds via bank wire transfer to the customer's bank account

Bank transfer fees may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before parts are sourced from suppliers. Once sourcing has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a restocking/cancellation fee. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
