By accessing the Japan Parts Center ("JPC") website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


1. General

Japan Parts Center is a Japan-based automotive parts exporter supplying genuine JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) parts to customers worldwide. These terms govern all transactions between JPC and the customer.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.

  • Prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated.

  • JPC reserves the right to cancel any order if a part becomes unavailable after confirmation.

  • For custom or special orders, please contact us directly before placing an order online.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices shown are for the parts and domestic Japan handling only.

  • International shipping, insurance, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are NOT included unless explicitly stated.

  • Customers in Bangladesh and Tanzania may pay via local bank transfer or online gateway through our branch offices.

  • Customers in all other countries must pay via direct wire transfer to our Japan bank account or through our approved online payment gateway.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment or confirmed deposit is received.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Important: The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees imposed by their country's regulations.

JPC ships goods up to the destination country only. Any costs arising from customs regulations in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

JPC will provide all necessary export documentation to assist with customs clearance.

7. Custom Orders

For parts not listed on our website, custom sourcing is available. Custom orders require direct communication with our team and may involve additional lead times and upfront deposits. Please contact us via the Contact page.

8. Limitation of Liability

JPC is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, natural disasters, carrier failures, or any events outside our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the parts supplied.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the JPC website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Japan Parts Center. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Japanese courts.

11. Amendments

JPC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
