Preparing for Shipment |
Parts are being packaged and export documents are being prepared. |

Dispatched from Japan |
Your order has left Japan. A tracking number has been sent to your email. |

In Transit |
Your shipment is on its way. Use your tracking number to monitor progress. |
|
Customs Clearance |
Your shipment is being processed by customs in your country. |
|
Out for Delivery |
Your package is with the local delivery agent in your country. |

Delivered |

How to Track

Online: Visit our website Track Order page and enter your Order ID and email address.

Email: Check for dispatch emails from JPC containing your carrier tracking number.

Carrier Website: Use the tracking number on the respective carrier website (EMS/Japan Post, DHL, FedEx).

Bangladesh & Tanzania: Contact your local JPC branch office for real-time updates.
Tracking Number Not Received?
If you have not received a tracking number within the expected dispatch timeframe, please:

Delivery Issues
If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived, or if there is a long delay since your last tracking update, please contact us immediately. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
