Japan Parts Center provides full shipment tracking from our Japan warehouse to your door. Here is how to stay updated on your order status.

Order Status Stages

Status	What It Means
Order Received	We have received your order and are awaiting payment confirmation.
Payment Confirmed	Payment received. Your order has entered our processing queue.
Sourcing Parts	Our team is contacting suppliers to source your parts from Japan.
Parts Received at Warehouse	Your parts have arrived at our Japan warehouse and are being inspected.
Preparing for Shipment	Parts are being packaged and export documents are being prepared.
Dispatched from Japan	Your order has left Japan. A tracking number has been sent to your email.
In Transit	Your shipment is on its way. Use your tracking number to monitor progress.
Customs Clearance	Your shipment is being processed by customs in your country.
Out for Delivery	Your package is with the local delivery agent in your country.
Delivered	Your order has been delivered. Enjoy your genuine JDM parts!

How to Track

Online

Visit our website Track Order page and enter your Order ID and email address.

Check for dispatch emails from JPC containing your carrier tracking number.

Carrier Website

Use the tracking number on the respective carrier website (EMS/Japan Post, DHL, FedEx).

Bangladesh & Tanzania

Contact your local JPC branch office for real-time updates.

Tracking Number Not Received?

If you have not received a tracking number within the expected dispatch timeframe, please:

Check your spam/junk email folder
Ensure you provided the correct email address at checkout
Contact us at info@japanpartscenter.com with your Order ID

Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived, or if there is a long delay since your last tracking update, please contact us immediately. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
