Japan Parts Center ships genuine JDM auto parts worldwide directly from Japan. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, timelines, and international logistics.
1. Order Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, we begin sourcing your parts from our supplier network. Processing typically takes:

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using reputable international logistics providers, including:

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Exact costs will be quoted before order confirmation. Sea freight is generally more economical for heavy or bulky parts.
5. Bangladesh & Tanzania – Branch Office Handling
Customers in Bangladesh and Tanzania benefit from our local branch offices. Parts are shipped to our branch first, then handled locally. Customers may track shipments through our local team for added convenience.
6. Customs & Import Duties
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. JPC provides all required export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page on the website to check your shipment status.
8. Loss, Damage & Delays
JPC insures all shipments at declared value. In case of loss or damage during transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
